Ad Submission

The digital format preferred industry wide is a high resolution PDF file. When using Adobe® Acrobat Distiller to
create your PDF file, please use the “press quality” setting with embed all fonts activated. We can accept
QuarkXpress 6 (Macintosh) files but please include all fonts and placed images in a collected folder.
Our production department is also able to design your ad from customer supplied digital photos/prints (.jpeg) as well as
your ad copy submission. Preferred Camera setting: 300 dpi at 100% of actual printed size.
